345wi Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. When you see these words in this document, they carry the specific meanings listed below regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

To open and use a 345wi Account you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continue to satisfy them for as long as your Account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 345wi is strictly an adult platform. Registering as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your Account, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 345wi from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific location before registering.
• Identity: You must be a real individual registering in your own name. Corporate registrations, aliases, or registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• One Account Rule: Each person may hold only one active 345wi Account at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is Prohibited Conduct. 345wi will close duplicate accounts and may withhold any associated balance.
• Mental Capacity: You confirm that you are registering and playing of your own free will and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing bets.

When you register on 345wi, you are creating a personal account that is your sole responsibility. The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. 345wi relies on your registration details for identity verification, payment processing, and account security — inaccurate information creates delays and potential account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 345wi will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately at support@345wi.ws.

Any activity that takes place through your Account is considered to have been authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 345wi immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot reverse completed transactions that occurred before you reported the unauthorised access.

• Keep your login credentials private — do not share your Account with family members, friends, or any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable any additional security options 345wi makes available, including verification for withdrawals.
• Update your contact information on 345wi promptly if your mobile number, email address, or payment details change.
• Log out after each session if you are using a shared or public device.

345wi accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on 345wi is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though 345wi reserves the right to apply transaction limits for fraud prevention purposes and may request additional verification for large deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your PKR Balance within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transfers. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.

• All funds deposited to 345wi must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be refunded or flagged for investigation.
• 345wi does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 345wi's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. If you deposit more than you intended, contact support promptly — we will assist where technically possible.
• 345wi reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds. Large or unusual deposits may trigger an enhanced due diligence review before the funds are made available for play.

You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your 345wi Account at any time, subject to account verification being complete and no active investigations pending on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300.

For verified 345wi accounts, withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes of the request being submitted — this applies around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Card withdrawals process within 2 to 5 working days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name. 345wi requires a withdrawal to return to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals to new or different payment methods may require additional identity verification.

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn — only Real Money Funds resulting from completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by you through your Account settings before they are processed. Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
• 345wi does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees from your bank or mobile wallet are outside our control.
• 345wi reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Accounts that have never completed a deposit are not eligible for withdrawal.

345wi regularly runs promotional offers including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, freeroll tournament entries, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, PSL, and other occasions relevant to Pakistani players. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed clearly when the offer is presented to you.

The following general rules apply to all 345wi bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms — typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means Rs 25,000 must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, Ludo, and Andar Bahar typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute at varying rates. The specific promotion terms will list contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified period — typically 14 to 30 days — will expire and be removed from your balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: 345wi does not permit multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — such as matched betting across sides in the same market — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• One Welcome Bonus per Household: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per person, per household, and per device. 345wi uses technical detection methods to identify multiple claims from the same household.

Each game category on 345wi — including Live Dealer tables, Ludo Tournaments, Esports Betting, Slots, Poker, and Fishing Games — has its own specific ruleset available within the game interface. These game-specific rules govern how play proceeds, how outcomes are determined, and how prizes are paid. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that specific game category.

The following general gameplay provisions apply across all 345wi games:

• All bets placed on 345wi are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except in the specific circumstance of a declared void round — see below.
• A round is declared void if a technical fault occurs that demonstrably affected the outcome. In this case, all bets placed on that round are refunded in full to participating Members' PKR Balances.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final for all matters within the game round. Disputes about dealing procedure should be reported to support with reference to the table ID and timestamp.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table. These are displayed in the game interface before you place a bet. 345wi reserves the right to change these limits with reasonable notice.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 345wi's servers retain the state of your position. The outcome will be determined based on the server record. 345wi accepts no liability for losses resulting from your own internet disconnection.
• Odds and payouts quoted in the game interface are correct at the time of bet placement and are binding for that bet once confirmed.

345wi is built for genuine recreational players. The platform has technical and manual systems in place to detect and respond to conduct that is fraudulent, manipulative, or that undermines the fairness of the platform for other Members. The following are considered Prohibited Conduct and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on 345wi, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with 345wi games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes or to exploit bonus conditions.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in 345wi's software. Members who discover a technical error must stop play immediately and report it to support. Continuing to play after discovering an error constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Any form of fraudulent payment activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Accessing 345wi through a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to disguise your actual location, particularly if used to bypass geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Providing false identity information at any point during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to manipulate Esports betting markets through coordination with players, teams, or other parties involved in the event being bet on.

345wi takes its responsibility toward players seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and no player should use 345wi as a means of addressing financial difficulty. If you find that gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing stress, please use the tools available to you.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 345wi Members directly from their Account settings — no support ticket is required to activate any of these:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, the limit takes immediate effect. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 345wi platform for a defined period of your choice. During self-exclusion your Account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from 345wi. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications that appear at intervals during play to remind you of how long your current session has lasted.

345wi collects and processes the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process your transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties and is not used for any purpose beyond the legitimate operation of the 345wi platform and associated communications.

By registering on 345wi, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how long we retain it, your rights to access and delete it, and how to contact us with data-related queries.

Key data commitments 345wi makes to all Members:

• Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and encrypted at rest.
• Payment credentials such as card numbers and bank account details are handled by certified payment processors — 345wi does not store your full card or bank details.
• You may request a copy of all personal data 345wi holds on you by contacting support@345wi.ws.
• You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations 345wi must comply with.

345wi provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. 345wi is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues — including but not limited to situations where a game disconnects mid-round due to circumstances beyond our infrastructure's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wi's total liability to any Member for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the PKR Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the incident occurred. 345wi is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits 345wi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

345wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason that 345wi deems necessary in its sole discretion. The most common reasons for account action include suspected Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete identity verification, chargebacks or disputed transactions, and requests from the account holder.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation — rather than confirmed Prohibited Conduct — 345wi will notify the account holder and allow 14 days for the Member to provide documentation or explanation. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Where an Account is permanently closed due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, no balance — whether Real Money or Bonus Funds — will be returned. 345wi may also take further legal action where the conduct involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting support@345wi.ws. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided no investigation is pending.

345wi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform operations, applicable law, or responsible gaming standards. When material changes are made, 345wi will notify Members via the registered mobile number or email address on their Account — or by prominently displaying a notice on the 345wi website — at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 345wi platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update to the Terms, you have the right to close your Account before the changes take effect and receive any Real Money Balance due to you.
